Roger is a pleasure to work with. He took the time to work up a presentation explaining the value of our house, which was located in an area difficult to analyze. The appraisal of our house backed up his research which showed that he has a good grasp on the market in the MS area. We were lucky to work with Roger and I hope to work with him in the future.

Was able to get everything we asked for including the offer price we sent over.
